As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be important in helping the marketing team with different administrative and project tasks. Your work will help put marketing plans into action and carry out campaigns to spread the word about our brand or services.

Responsibilities:

  • Applicant will Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ activities.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, or promotional activities, including venue booking, vendor communication, and materials preparation.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute to strategy meetings, and support the execution of marketing plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in a marketing role, internships, or coursework in marketing is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Tasks

  • Act as spokesperson for an organization
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material

  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs

  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
