Warehouse Worker – Forklift Operator

Penske Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Loading and unloading trailers
• Sorting and placing parts in racks
• Operating forklifts
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Other warehouse duties as assigned

You will be required to have the following skills and qualifications:

• At least 1 year of warehousing or material-handling experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions
• Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Flexible to work overtime
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions

In addition to the above, you will also be expected to:

• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
