Soul Restaurants Canada Inc in Brampton, ON, is looking for a self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills to join their team as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager. This is a full-time position with 1 vacancy available.

Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

• Organize and keep inventory.

• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.

• Create staff work schedules and monitor employee performance.

• Respond to customer complaints or concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English.

• Certificate or diploma from a three-month to less than one-year program from a College, CEGEP, or other non-university program.

• At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

• Well-organized and a good team player.
